Elm Fork Pavilion Rental Information:

• $150 per hour with a 3 hour minimum ($450)
• Set up available 2 hours prior to your event
• Party needs to conclude by 10 pm
• Outside Pavilion area 50’x 25′
• Inside Pavilion area 25’x 25′ with AC/Heat
• Parking Lot for 50-70 cars
• Lights, Fans and small Heaters included in outside Pavilion
• Sports Court with Lights (basketball, pickleball)
• Ping Pong, Badminton, Croquet, Horseshoes, Fishing, Corn-hole upon request
• Wood burning Fireplace and additional Fire pit
• Sound System with Music and/or TV (Bluetooth compatible)
• 2 Wireless Microphones
• 2 Large Screen Smart TV’s
• Kitchen Grill and Griddle or you maybe have everything Catered in
• Ice Provided
• Bathrooms (2)
